If your website is behind a firewall, WAF, or other access restrictions, you may need to allowlist the IP addresses used by our website scanner. Without allowlisting, the scanner may be blocked from accessing your site, which can prevent accurate compliance scanning.

How to Allowlist
Section titled “How to Allowlist”- Copy the IP addresses listed above
- Add them to your firewall, WAF, or hosting provider’s allowlist
- Ensure both inbound and outbound rules permit traffic from these IPs
If you use a CDN or DDoS protection service (e.g. Cloudflare, Akamai, AWS WAF), you may need to add the IPs to your allowlist there as well.
